We are clear that customers can choose to use this website without giving consent for us to collect data for marketing purposes. It's completely up to you whether you opt in to marketing via one of our online forms.
Due to the nature of the way Kajabi, our provider, works, all email communication is classified as "marketing" including emails reminding you about key dates and information relating to your course or program.
If you wish to ONLY receive course/ program emails, and NOT to receive anything additional like reminders about free workshops or newsletters, please email our online business manager who will help you with your email preferences. [email protected]

When you purchase a course or membership from Creatrix Coaching online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address so that we can effectively process your order. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn which browser and operating system you are using. This allows us to display our store in the most user-friendly way.
Email marketing: With your permission only, Age of Reason Studios may send you emails about Designer’s Hive offers, programs and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide Age of Reason with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a purchase, we collect your necessary info with the intention of using it for that specific reason.

Just unsubscribe When you opt out of marketing emails, you will no longer receive any updates about your course. So, please make sure that you have downloaded your schedule and have entered any relevant dates into your digital calendar with reminders.

Disclosure
We've got to share your basic info with people who help us to deliver services. They are not permitted to do anything outside of the delivery of services with that info.
If you have not opted in to marketing but have made a purchase or created an account we only share your information with other companies where it is necessary to processing an order and general financial accounting. This includes processing payments and submitting our sales data to our accountants.

If you have opted into email marketing we use Mailchimp and Kajabi to store your data and send you marketing emails. Mailchimp and Kajabi are GDPR compliant and your data is password protected. If you have found our website via Facebook, we have a cookie registering impressions from Facebook. Please see the Cookies section for this. Every 6 months we delete any unused data.
We may have to disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by the forces of law (the police for example) or if there is any illegal activity associated with a transaction, or activity, which violates our Terms of Service. In this case we would seek legal advice before disclosing your information.
We can't remove your data from Paypal or your bank. Only you can do that.
Payment Security
We take your payment details and the security of your data very seriously. Your credit or debit card information is processed by Kajabi and is shown to us in a way that we can only see the last 4 digits of the card number. Paypal transactions are handled by Kajabi and Paypal, both GDPR compliant companies.
General Security
We're pretty good at security. We've got tricky passwords full of upper and lower case letters and random numbers in various obscure languages!
We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. Our website is powered by Kajabi, which is considered safe.
Your personal and payment data is password protected within Kajabi with a double layer of security provided by a unique login code. Each time we log into Kajabi we are required to enter a new pin code.
Age of Consent
You need to be an adult to use this website. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we use it.
